As an isagenix associate I have found that I have a hard time NOT talking about isagenix. Maybe it is my personal experience that has been so positive, or the wonderfull product, the team spirit that go's with becoming an part of the isagenix "family".
Micheal who is in my upline and our "wednesday meeting" coach, makes it so much fun to be an Isagenix associate, that I always look forward to wednesday's and hearing more success stories  about new members, how the product is helping people loose weight, get more energy and therefore their confidence back. But also that it is possible to make isagenix a full-time business.

I want to be that "stay at home" or "work from home" person who works in the morning (in my pj's) and then has the afternoon to do what I want. I like the thought that the product I sell is helping people get better, slimmer, more active, more healthy... its a good feeling and if I can make money by doing that, that is even better.

And since I can't stop talking about isagenix anyway as all my friends will tell you :o). I am now well on my way to becoming acextly the independent "work from home" person I always wanted to be.

check out some of these videos, for more information contact me, I'll help you get started!

Here are some instuctional videos about the isagenix shake, 30 day system, and how it helps you loose weight.

5 Reasons Why Your Body Needs IsaFruits and Isagenix Greens!

It’s not easy consuming the right amounts of fresh fruits and vegetables daily, so how do you know if you’re getting everything your body needs?

Supercharge your day with IsaFruits and Greens! to help supplement your daily recommended intake of fruits and vegetables.

Whether you prefer the one-scoop powder canister or the convenience of an easy grab-and-go packet, both IsaFruits and Greens! have one thing in common: when mixed with an 8-ounce glass of water (or your favorite IsaLean® Shake) they both provide the additional vitamins and minerals your body needs.

So how else can IsaFruits and Isagenix Greens! benefit you? Here are five reasons why your body needs IsaFruits and Isagenix Greens! daily:

1.Skip the foggy feeling. IsaFruits can help boost your energy and increase your mental clarity. One scoop packs the same antioxidant strength of 20pieces of fruits.

2.Fortify your body with the next best thing. The superfruits (and supergreens) included in IsaFruits and Greens! are naturally cold-processed to preserve the potency of the health-promoting phytonutrients. Popular superfruits include: açai berry, pomegranate, mangosteen, noni and wolfberry.

3. Add more “fight” to your immune system. Both IsaFruits and Green! help your body fight off free radicals, (the atoms or molecules with unpaired electrons in your body that are highly reactive), which can harm cells and weaken the immune system. Your body produces free radicals (the ones that age you faster) when you stress, when you exercise and when your body takes in everyday pollutants from the air, water and food supply.

4.Combat everyday pollutants. Isagenix Greens! improves your body’s natural ability to neutralize pollutants found in the air, water and food thanks to powerful detoxifiers like chlorella, spirulina and wheat grass in addition to its supergreens. These supergreens include antioxidant-rich ingredients like ginkgo biloba leaf, green tea extract and grape seed extract. In addition, Greens! works to support proper digestion.

5.One scoop of Greens!helps supplement your recommended
three-to-five servings of vegetables you need a day.

Freeze it:  Homemade dessert! Found in the “Recipes” section of Isagenix.com, Sweet Dreamsicle popsicles incorporates five of your favorite Isagenix® products including IsaFruits. The benefits: the recipe yields six servings (think leftovers), boosts energy, and includes vitamins and minerals.

Shake it: Supercharge your favorite IsaLean® Shake with one scoop of Greens! or one scoop of IsaFruits. Not only will it add variety to your daily shake, but the nutrients help support heart health and proper digestion.

Chill it: Remember those icy, sugar-infused drinks you use to grab for when it’s hot out? Now you can enjoy a healthier version that includes açai berries, mangosteen, noni, pomegranate and wolfberries. Simply mix one scoop of IsaFruits with eight ounces of water, pour the fruit-derived mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze.

So every week I have decided, since I am a Isagenix associate, to feature one isagenix product, with some results, information, and how to order if u choose to do so.

I am starting off with the Lean Shake, which is wonderful, delicious, and  very easy to make.
IsaLean is a full-meal replacement—not a "snack shake," It provides optimal support for nutritional cleansing and replenishing, weight loss and weight maintenance, as well as peak performance. while low in saturated fat, sodium and cholesterol, Isalean shake is high in protein, healthy poly- and mono- unsaturated fats, dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals (including calcium, vitamin C, B12, and D.
Plus you get active digestive enzymes that help break down carbohydrates, proteins and fats and help maximize absorption of key nutrients. Many products touted as "meal-replacements" are designed to control calories, and don't deliver adequate nutrition or the most efficacious amount of protein to stave off muscle loss that often accompanies weight loss, Isalean shakes only need to be blended with water for a satisfying meal replacement while many other shakes on the market tout their nutrition without identifying that they must be mixed with milk in order to be a proper mail replacement, thus increasing the sugar, sodium, cholesterol, and possibly fat.

And here are some before and after pictures of people who stuck with it and maintain the weight loss with isagenix shake....

and here is mine :o), from size 14 to 8, I don't have an ideal weight that I am looking to maintain, I just keep up with my 2 day cleansing every 3 weeks and my shake as a meal replacement once a day. Looking forward to posting my swimsuit pic here in the next month.(believe me you want me to get a bit of a tan first...right now I could be part of the Cullen family!)

and now my after....yeah!!!
Give your body a break - detox with these fun smoothie recipes!!!

Morning everyone, was surfing online this morning, and ran across this article. It seem to be the perfect thing to post since spring is here and we are all looking to loose weight and get ready for summer.

Smoothies are not only delicious but are actually very good for your body. They will help your body get rid of built up toxins, improve sluggish digestion and elimination and jump start weight loss goals. They help flatten the belly, clear the skin and increase energy levels.

Smoothies  also require very little energy to digest and assimilate into energy. This is because the ingredients, which are whole fruits, are already pureed into easily broken down nutrients. They are  very filling due to the high fiber content and wholesome nature of the ingredients.

The perfect way to achieve this is to take a smoothie day once a week. I picked these two because they just sounds delicious, but if you go to google and put in smoothie recipes you get a whole list of wonderful organic, raw food, good for your body smoothies.......

Mango Pineapple Smoothie Recipe
1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
1 cup sliced fresh mango
1/2 fresh orange, sliced with seeds removed
1/2 banana, sliced
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1 T. coconut oil
2 T. of whey powder or soy protein powder
1 t. stevia optional if additional sweetness desired
1 cup ice

Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender. Put the ice in last to avoid getting the ingredients stuck in one place. This recipe supplies fiber, beneficial enzymes from the pineapple and mango, protein from the banana and protein powder and a host of antioxidants.

Vibrant Berry Smoothie Recipe
1 cup chopped strawberries
1 cup blackberries
1 cup blueberries
1/2 fresh orange, sliced with seeds removed
1/2 sliced banana
1 cup plain yogurt
1 T. coconut oil
2 T. whey powder or soy protein powder
1 t. stevia (optional)
1 cup ice

Add all ingredients to your blender and blend. This recipe is full of antioxidants. Blueberries, blackberries and strawberries all contain anti-inflammatory properties as well which makes this an excellent recipe for those who suffer fromchronic pain.

The yogurt in both recipes adds beneficial probiotic active cultures. These help to speed sluggish elimination, reduce bloating and water retention and assist in managing weight.

Coconut oil contains beneficial fatty acids which help keep you fuller longer and add vibrance and clarity to your skin. Vitamin C is also excellent for the skin and immune system, and this is supplied in abundance in the fruits contained in both of these smoothie recipes.

After an all-smoothie day you will feel lighter, more energetic and less bloated. It is a great way to detoxify the body and give it a break from the normal foods we eat every day.

Scientists reverse stance on sun and cancer: Now they admit sunlight can prevent skin cancer.

Yesterday was such a wonderful day here in Vegas, it was 80 degree's so I spend most of my day outside, worked in the yard took my dogs for a long walk, had shorts on for the first time to get some tan on very white legs and went for a road ride in the afternoon, I was wondering about the "harmful UV ray's" till I stumbled on this article and this is the most fantastic news I have heard in a while sooo positive instead of all the negative publicity that the sun has been getting......

(NaturalNews) Since the 1980s, physicians and cancer groups have regularly warned the public against the potential health dangers of direct sunlight on skin. As a result, many people have stayed out of the sunlight completely, covered their limbs even in warm weather or slathered themselves with UV protection products, all in the interest of lowering their risk of melanomasn

However, more recent findings indicate that this kind of nearly vampiric avoidance of the sun may not benefit your cancer odds after all.

A 2009 study by a group of Leeds University researchers found that higher levels of Vitamin D were linked to improved skin cancer survival odds. Other studies have found that Vitamin D has a connection to a strong immune response in the body. In fact, Vitamin D may hasten the death of tumor cells.

Unfortunately, most people have low levels of Vitamin D, leaving them at higher risk for a host of diseases including breast cancer, prostate cancer, bowel cancer, cervical cancer, rickets and osteoporosis. (For more in-depth information on this, see this report: http://www.naturalnews.com/rr-sunlight.html)

"It's common for the general public to have low levels of vitamin D in many countries," said Professor Julia Newton Bishop of the Leeds Institute of Molecular Medicine and author of the Leeds study. "Melanoma patients tend to avoid the sun as sunburn is known to increase the risk of melanoma. We use sunshine to make vitamin D in the skin, so melanoma patients' levels of vitamin D may be especially low."

Bishop also noted that people can get more Vitamin D through dietary sources such as fatty fish. She points out that balance is key, as extremely high levels of Vitamin D can have a negative effect on health.

The mainstream media continues to run stories every summer warning people against the sun even two years after the Leeds study. While hours of sunbathing may be risky behavior for your long-term health, receiving a moderate amount of sunlight while out gardening or walking is actually as good for you as eating a low-fat diet and engaging in regular exercise. In fact, laying off the sunscreen may help you not only absorb sunshine into your skin to help fight tumors, but also helps you avoid the chemicals in most commercial sun blocking products. Some studies have indicated that these chemicals can actually generate harmful free radicals in the body.

So this summer, go ahead, relax, and enjoy the sunshine.

Welcome to my blog!

Hi everyone, this is my first blog, and hopefully the first of many to come. I will dedicate this site to health and wellness because it is near and dear to my hart. I will tell you why in a min, but I'll start with telling you about me a bit first.

I am 44, and currently in a wonderful committed relationship with an amazing man. I have 2 beautiful doxie's and a cat. I love being physically active and am currently involved in a desert motor racing  and will be attempting my first novice woman's race this month. I jet ski in the summer, rock climb, hike, you get the picture.  I currently work in retail full-time and am an isagenix associate part-time.  I really am looking to change that here in the near future and want a full-time isagenix associate and dedicate my time to help people be healthy. I know that sounds kinda weird but having struggled with Hashimoto's thyroiditis (under active thyroid) for years, and now no longer having it, because of isagenix product b and cleanse, made me decide to start this blog to see how many people I could reach and "hopefully" help, maybe not cure the decease but relieve allot of the symptoms that go with it.

Everyone with any kind of thyroid problems knows that there are no outwards signs of decease, however inward your body is in upheaval since your thyroid regulates your metabolism in every cell of your body, when it doesn't function right you start to feel, tired, fatigued, you feel weak, struggle with moodiness, brittle hair and nails, hair loss, irregularity and your start to gain weight for no reason at all, no matter how much you work out.

So after 3 years of going to my doctor, going in for checkup every 3/6 months giving blood to check my levels just so that I could get prescribed another  round of medication I got fed up.  I Called my girlfriend Diana to complain that I wasn't getting any better, that there had to be some way to handle this differently, maybe through food, not eating certain foods, anything!,  That is when she introduced Product B to me and the ingredients in it.  Since it is all botanical and I am a whole foods nut anyway I thought Why not?  At that point I was willing to try anything and if I didn't like it there is a 30 day money back guarantee..

That was six months ago, I was blown away that within using Product b for 3 day's I had more energy than I have had in years, (not weeks) YEARS!! within  a week I started to feel great, the bloating went away the puffiness in my face was gone, the bi-polar moodiness stopped all my aches and pains in my joins disappeared, my hair is full and healthy again.  Then after 2 weeks of taking Product b, Diana introduced the cleanse for life, which I now take in the morning and and night after dinner. ( the cleanse for life product cleans the toxins out of your body) and started to loose weight the natural way......no crash  dieting, now body flush, just giving my thyroid the needed nutrients, minerals to function properly.

So now I am 6 months into using Isagenix Product b, cleanse for life, and I recently added the shake as a meal replacement once a day to my routine. I went from a size 14 to a size 8. exercise moderate about 2 times a week 1/2 hour. I took myself of the thyroid meds (my blood levels are good) and stopped going to my doctor.. Isagenix did for me what my doctor couldn't and that is giving me my life back.

And that is why I am so passionate about Isagenix and especially Product b. and want to tell the world,  (especially those who are struggling with thyroidism) and that changing your diet plus introducing Isagenix product to your daily regimen could make the difference between being tired all the time and living life again.
